My passion is complex pelvic surgery and urogynecology. When I am not at Stark Women’s, I also dedicate my time as Department Chairman of Aultman Hospital’s OB/GYN Department and Department Chairman of the OB/GYN Resident Clinic at My Community Health Center. I am married to my favorite tennis player, RJ. I love to spend my extra time with my three children, Caitlyn, Camille and Lucas.

Born in Canton, Ohio. She is a graduate from Jackson High School and graduated Cum Laude at the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology (Major) and Neuroscience (Minor). She attended Northeastern Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) and received her Doctorate of Medicine in 2014. Dr. Yang Kar received her residency Obstetrics and Gynecology training at Aultman Hopsital. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan.

Eldy Lazaroff
M.S.N., C.R.N.P.
Ms. Lazaroff is a professor and the course coordinator for Kent State’s Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program. She has worked many years with undergraduate nursing students and is an active preceptor for nurse practitioner students. Her work has earned her many nominations for the Distinguished Teaching Award and Daisy Award. She also is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
She lives with her husband Tom and enjoys spending time with family and friends, nature, traveling, gardening, reading and card making.
