It only takes a single step to begin on the journey of your life.

Why not begin on a journey of having a healthier lifestyle? After all, you only have one body, and you are stuck in it no matter what during this life time.

Oftentimes, the fear of failure stops us from achieving our goals. When you do not believe that you can logically achieve that goal, we talk ourselves out of it before we even begin.

For example, If we think of weightless and health as placing restrictions on our lifestyle or as one giant unforeseeable goal, we are setting ourselves up for failure.

By setting small goals, you are able to achieve much bigger ones.

Instead of saying, I want to lose 40 pounds by a certain point in time, we can achieve the same goal by breaking that one big goal into several smaller ones. Ask yourself, what does it take to achieve that?

Weightless is actually pretty simple. It’s our will power that isn’t. It’s a science. If you burn more calories than you take in during the day, you will lose weight.

Fats aren’t what make you fat. Carbs make you fat. Carbohydrates turn to sugar which is then turned to fat and stored in your body if you don’t burn it off.

Foods that are higher in fat may actually help you burn fat. For example, olive oil, advocados, and nuts are high in healthy fats that will help your body burn fat more quickly. In addition, increasing protein in your diet also helps your body burn fat.

Eating healthy food is only part of the equation though, and therefore can be set as a smaller goal to achieving the big weight loss goal.

Choosing water or non caloric beverages over a caloric beverage and eating a diet higher in water-rich foods are smaller goals that you can set to help you curb your calorie intake and begin living a healthier lifestyle that will ultimately bring your closer to your large weightless goal.

Once you put all of your small goals together, you achieve the ultimate goal of losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle.
