Welcome to the Stark Women’s Center (SWC) where easy to use wireless check-in is provided! Our staff utilizes Phreesia, which is the leader of a safe and secure check-in process. Phreesia is a user friendly program that will take only a few minutes to complete and will update all important information. Here at SWC, we value the importance of a successful visit from start to finish. One way that we ensure that is by encouraging the use of Phreesia and taking a photo of your ID and Insurance. Our staff will then verify your insurance is current prior to your appointment to avoid any insurance denial. In case of any future problems, our billing department will be able to contact the insurance company through the photos taken and the number provided on the back. We encourage Phreesia and the flexibility of checking in from your own device! If you do not have a device available, we can provide a tablet for use in our office.
